Course Description:
The Master Instructor Course is the pinnacle of instructor development for outdoor educators, designed for senior instructors who aspire to become expert leaders, mentors, and program directors in the field of outdoor education. This comprehensive course focuses on advanced leadership, curriculum development, strategic program planning, and instructor training. Participants will engage in high-level discussions, peer-led workshops, and real-world case studies, with an emphasis on innovation, leadership, and fostering excellence in outdoor education.
Upon completion, participants will possess the skills and knowledge required to lead large-scale programs, mentor instructors at all levels, and contribute to the advancement of outdoor education standards and practices.

Course Length: Self-paced.
Prerequisites: Completion of the Senior Instructor Course and at least 3 years of instructional experience. (same documentation for the Senior Instructor course, plus proof of at leas 8 Instructor Evaluations)
