Chief Operating Officer

Rob enlisted in the Marine Corps in May 2003 and completed recruit training at MCRD Parris Island, SC.  He retired from Active Duty on June 1st, 2023 as a Master Sergeant.  Rob is a veteran of both Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) and Operation Iraqi Freedom, and other deployments to various Areas of Operations around the globe.  Rob is a formally trained Instructor through both the military and recognized as a Post-Secondary Instructor through the National Center for Competency Testing.  His background as a certified Basic, Senior, Master Instructor, Curriculum Developer and Qualified US Navy Master Training Specialist have provided him with ample knowledge and experience in all matters pertaining to training and education.  

Rob is also an entrepreneur as owner/operator of Heavy Crown Forge and Crafts and an Instructor/Curriculum Developer for the Old World Alliance. He has enjoyed camping, hiking, and fishing from a young age and those experiences solidified his love of the outdoors.  Rob holds both a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Master's degree in Management and Leadership.
